Director, Workforce Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

The Director of Workforce Diversity, Equity & Inclusion will have two primary responsibilities: 1. Elevate DEI across the Co-op’s recruitment, development, retention and employee engagement practices and 2. Influence and align strategies across existing bodies of work within other divisions.

This role is responsible for the leadership of REI’s DEI strategy & plans, primarily focused on People & Culture: recruitment, development and retention practices, education, and employee engagement through a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion lens. This leader will scale our investment in DEI to align with REI’s mission, evolved values and growth agenda.

Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Program Manager

Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion, a member of KCHA’s Executive Team, the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager will be managing, evaluating and overseeing the implementation of a broad range of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) programs and activities. Responsibilities include developing and evaluating EDI audit/review programs, reviewing a variety of operational processes aimed to assess and/or enhance equity, facilitating workforce development strategies, maintaining databases, presenting information, and data analysis and reporting.
