Workshops

Wednesday & Thursday, July 20th - 21st 2021
9:00am - 12:30m PST / 12:00pm - 3:30pm EST

The act of white women crying and the response to our tears offers a clear example of the intersection of sexism and white privilege. While our tears have been a useful and sometimes necessary tool to navigate patriarchy, they can easily be weaponized with People of Color. As two self-identified criers, the facilitators will share personal stories of when and how they cry in mixed-race settings and the impact of this emotional response.

*Please note we do not accept refund requests less than 7 days prior to the workshop*
