Train the Trainer Virtual Workshop Next Month

Our next Train the Trainer workshop is coming up next month on October 7-8th at 9:00-12:30pm PT / 12:00-3:30pm ET on Zoom.
Drawing from more than two decades of facilitation experience and the practical strategies outlined in our newly release book, Facilitating Conversations on Race, participants will learn approaches for creating learning environments where people can engage across differences, wrestle with challenging ideas, deepen their understanding, and build stronger connections with one another. Whether you are new to facilitation or looking to strengthen existing skills, this training provides practical tools for leading conversations with greater confidence, authenticity, and effectiveness.
If you can't make this session, we are also offering a Train the Trainer Virtual Lunch & Learn series on November 3, 10, 17, & 24, 2026 on Zoom. Each session is self contained so you can select however many you want to attend. Topics include:
11/3: Leading When Activated
11/10: When you Disagree
11/17: Asking Questions with Genuine Curiosity
11/24: Diving into the Tension
Register Here for the Lunch & Learns or use the button below to register for the full Train the Trainer virtual workshop.
Have You Downloaded our 2026-2027 Diversity Calendar Yet?

We released the latest version of our Diversity Calendar a few months ago but wanted to remind you to download it if you haven't already! The calendar covers August 2026-July 2027 and comes in a printable PDF format so you can hang it on the wall!
The Diversity Calendar is a great way to keep apprised of significant cultural dates and support the diversity of staff at your organization or students and teachers at schools. Fun fact: did you know this calendar was first developed under Dr. Caprice Hollins while she served as Director of Equity & Race Relations for Seattle Public Schools?
