Cultures Connecting is Hiring!

We're Hiring for Racial Equity Consultant banner with Caprice, Richard, Ilsa, and Judy

Are you passionate about equity and social justice? Would you like to join a small team in providing professional development, keynotes, consulting, and leadership coaching? Cultures Connecting believes in a world based on principles of equity and justice where all people recognize their role as change agents. And we are seeking someone who shares our same vision and commitment.

Position Description

We are looking for a full-time, experienced facilitator (5 years minimum) to help us support organizations as they increase diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) and develop strategies to dismantle institutional racism. This position involves both co- and solo-facilitation of workshops, consulting with small and large organizations in the public, private, and non-profit sectors, and leadership coaching.

We do not have a shared office space. Most work is done from your home. Our team meetings are virtually, and we hold an annual in-person summer retreat. Client work is a combination of virtual and in-person and you must have a reliable vehicle for travel. Some out of state travel required.

Why work for Cultures Connecting?

  • Our diverse team practices what we teach others, centering relationships, supporting personal and professional growth, and encouraging creative thinking with one another. We know how to find the joy in liberation, while holding the seriousness of the work we do.

  • We have a reputation for outstanding work in the field of DEIB.

  • We have flexible work hours—as long as you meet client needs, you can name your own hours including vacation time.

  • We work from home most of the time, so you can be there for your children, family, and/or pets.

  • On top of the salary, we offer a full medical, vision, and dental benefits package for you and your family.

  • We provide a discretionary budget for you to use for your professional development.
